To accommodate these changes, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Free Cancellation: Cancellations made up to 30 days before the schedule tour date will receive a full refund. 75% Refund: Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a 75% refund of the tour price. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a 50% refund of the tour price. 25% Refund: Cancellations made between 6 and 3 days before the scheduled tour date will receive a 25% refund of the tour price. No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled tour date are non-refundable. Changes and Rescheduling: We will attempt to accommodate changes and rescheduling requests based on availability. Fees may apply depending on the nature and timing of the changes. Note: All refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
